Active grille shutter actuators, such as the compact and waterproof intelligent BLDC stepper motor, precise and reliable regulation of the airflow into the engine compartment. They allow optimal integration to adjust the louvre behind the radiator grille, thereby improving aerodynamics and optimizing engine thermodynamics while reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. Our brushless actuators are extremely compact, fully waterproof IP6K7, RoHS compliant and reliable, with an integrated compact gear train. As an easy-to-drive actuator, it offers fully programmable control and can be connected directly to the engine control unit via simple PWM signals or LIN bus communication.
