Sys Timo Volgare from Forza Vitale is a food supplement based on Thyme. It favors the fluidity of the bronchial secretions. It has a spasmolytic action on the smooth muscles of the digestive tract. For its preparation, the flowering plant is used. The essential oil contained in it has properties that act against microbes and that are well demonstrated in vitro, especially against aerobic gram+ coccus, essentially due to phenols, in particular to limol and cavacrol. This action is essentially of the antibacterial type, especially in higher concentrations. It has a spasmolytic action on the smooth muscles of the digestive tube. In high doses, it can cause nausea, vomiting, bradycardia, asthenia, labored breathing and hypothermia. Such symptoms disappear with discontinuation of therapy. Administer with caution, in patients affected by hypothyroidism or in therapy with antithyroid drugs. Give cautiously, in patients affected by hypothyroidism or in therapy with antithyroid drugs.
