This Ken Onion Edition MK.2 knife and tool sharpening accessory expands your sharpening system, giving you greater control over every knife you sharpen when sharpening horizontally on a workbench. Larger 1" x 18" blades, a fully adjustable cutting angle from 10° to 35°, and three convex edge profile settings allow you to fully control the sharpening process to achieve the desired edge on your knives.
