Since the locks are keyless and require a combination, this prevents them from being stolen by potential thieves and acts as a deterrent. There are 100,000 possible combinations of 5-bit combinations, making the code nearly impossible to guess. Set Combination: Each code is set to 00000 by default. A combination can be set to any five-digit code in just a few simple steps. First, make sure the code is in the default position and pull the shackle. Next, turn the right dial of the lock body clockwise. This will allow the number ring to rotate to set new combinations in line with the embossed marks. Next, turn the body counterclockwise and the new code will be set. Includes instructions for setting up the code.
