ScrapCooking colors add different colors to your homemade pastries. To be completed with the ScrapCooking dye kit. Ingredients of the purple dye: E122 *, E129 *, E132, E151. It is perfect for coloring your macaroons, meringues, pastries, ice cream, dairy products, frosting, sugar paste. With multicolored dyes, your preparations will take on the colors you want. To use them, it's very simple: mix a teaspoon of dye with a few drops of water for 200 g of preparation, and stir until you get a smooth paste readjust according to the desired shade. ScrapCooking dyes are perfect for coloring your macaroons, meringues, pastries, ice creams, dairy products, frosting, sugar paste ... With the yellow natural dye, composed of E102 and dextrose, mix a teaspoon of dye with a few drops of water for 200 g of preparation and then you stir until you get a smooth paste.
