Ayurveda bamboo linguanet is a handmade biodegradable bamboo instrument, useful for cleaning the tongue and thus completing oral hygiene. The use of linguanet facilitates cleaning of the tongue, eliminating tartar and microorganisms that accumulate on this surface, thus avoiding bad breath, problems in the mouth, throat, and acidity, improving the sense of taste, among many other benefits. Cleaning the tongue is as important as brushing the teeth and other parts of the oral cavity. Hundreds of different families of microorganisms accumulate on the tongue surface, which are related to the appearance of dental discomfort and halitosis. It is recommended to gently scrape the tongue to remove the particles retained on its surface, dragging the arch over the extended tongue in an outward direction. This should preferably be done before brushing your teeth, in order to obtain a more complete and effective cleaning. After each use, the linguanet should be washed with water to remove any debris that may have adhered, and placed in a cool place where it can air dry for greater durability.
