Foam heel grips made of comfortable 4D foam and breathable polyester fabric. Lightweight and soft, these heel pads help reduce excess space in shoes, eliminate slippage, and can be trimmed to fit perfectly inside the shoe. They help prevent heel abrasions and provide added comfort. One side is adhesive—simply remove the protective film and place them at the back of the shoe to prevent sliding during wear.
