The temperature-controlled fan, combined with a hydraulic bearing fan, provides a balanced performance between noise and heat dissipation. The fan remains off under light load and automatically activates when the internal temperature reaches approximately 60 degrees, helping to reduce noise and extend lifespan. 3. The main power tube insulation board uses high-grade alumina material, offering thermal conductivity up to 10 times higher than standard insulation pads. 4. Features a 100V 210A TO-247 large package power transistor, providing ample power headroom and excellent dynamic response. 5. Equipped with dual large-size iron silicon aluminum magnetic rings and 4 strands of 1.2mm pure copper enameled wire winding, ensuring low heat generation and high efficiency. 6. Newly designed circuitry achieves a conversion efficiency of up to 98.1% (refer to efficiency curve in product data sheet for details). 7. Uses a 3296W multi-turn precision potentiometer for high adjustment accuracy and minimal drift. 8. Current sampling via robust wire design ensures stable constant current output with low temperature drift. 9. Adjustable undervoltage protection helps safeguard various battery types and is suitable for use with solar panels. 10. Includes constant current functionality, ideal for battery boosting, electric vehicle power enhancement, and battery charging applications. 11. Three 20A fuses are connected in parallel to provide protection against accidental output short circuits. 12. Features three indicator lights for undervoltage, overcurrent, and power status, allowing clear visibility of operational state. 13. High-frequency capacitors are used on both input and output sides, resulting in low output ripple, minimal heat generation, and extended service life. 14. MLCC ceramic capacitors are added at input and output stages, significantly reducing output ripple to approximately 100mV under 48V to 72V at 4A load. Application Scope The QS-4884CCCV-1800W is designed for use with lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, solar cells, and DC power boosting applications such as electric vehicle power enhancement and battery charging. 1. Can boost a 48V electric vehicle battery to 60V to enhance speed and acceleration performance. 2. Suitable for charging electric bicycles. For example: - A 12V or 24V idle battery can be charged using the boosted power supply, functioning as a portable charging solution. - The input can also be connected to solar panels, wind generators, or other power sources to charge batteries and extend electric vehicle range. 3. Capable of increasing battery voltage to improve electric vehicle speed, with voltage boost not exceeding 10V. 4. Can regulate and boost power from solar panels.
