Door anchor for home training

Door anchor that you can use when training at home. Thanks to this anchor, you can attach, for example, exercise bands to a door securely. The anchor consists of a strong core of Teflon that has an outer shell of soft foam that protects your door from marks. Then there is a band of strong nylon that does not break even if you pull hard. Using the anchor is easy as you just put it in the door opening and then close the door. It is important that you attach the anchor in the direction of the door's closing. That is, not to the side as the door opens. When you have set up the anchor, you will feel that it seems to be stable and that the door and frame can handle the strain. If the door is stable, just start training according to your wishes. The foam roller of the anchor is about 5 cm wide and the nylon band is about 18.5 cm long from the roller.
