1. The BLDC drive section features 3 IR2104 gate drivers and 6 NMOS transistors, with control logic compatible with the official Simple FOC L6234PD solution; 2. Main control unit: ESP32-WROOM-32E, 4MB Flash dual-core MCU with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module; 3. Equipped with 2 high-precision INA240A2 current sensors for phase current measurement; inline sampling resistance for phases A and B is 10m (achieved using two 20m resistors in parallel); 4. Supports magnetic sensor encoders such as AS5600 and AS5047P; 5. Includes an onboard ESP32 firmware programming port for secondary development; 6. Features an onboard reset button and power indicator; 7. Power supply voltage: DC 1228V; 8. Maximum output current: 20A; Interface Details: 1. VCC, GND: DC 1228V power input; 2. ESP32-WROOM-32E: 4MB Flash dual-core MCU with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth; 3. ESP32 reset button; 4. IR2104 half-bridge gate driver: - SD# Enable pin: High level active; when SD# is high, HO and LO outputs are controlled by IN signal; - HO and LO outputs are disabled when SD# is low; - IN control input: When SD# is enabled, IN high drives HO high and LO low; IN low drives HO low and LO high; 5. 30V/30A N-channel MOSFETs: Recommended operating range within 28V/20A (due to current sensing limits, maximum phase current detection capped at 20A); 6. INA240A2 high-precision current sensing amplifier: Measures inline current on phases A and B; 7. Phase A and B current sensing resistors: 10m total (two 20m resistors in parallel), matching Simple FOC V2.0.4 design; maximum per-phase current: 20A; 8. C: Brushless motor connection interface; 9.
