Welcome to our shop! The Frequency to Voltage Converter Module is designed to convert a digital signal of 0~200Hz into an analog signal of 0~10V. It can be used for interface conversion between a PLC and a frequency converter, or for matching control of the interface between a motion control card and a frequency converter. The module can directly accept input pulse levels of 5/12/24V without resistance. However, the input signal frequency should be maintained for more than 0.5 seconds. Made of premium materials, this module is durable and has a long service life. It is professionally and practically designed to ensure premium working performance. The multi-turn potentiometer on the board is used to calibrate the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage. 2. The input power supply voltage range is 12-30VDC. It is recommended to use a power supply voltage of 15-24VDC. If a 12V level is used, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC. At least a 15VDC power supply is required. If you need to use a 12V power supply, you can also order a 12VDC power converter. If using 24V, the power supply needs to be powered by 24VDC. 3. The signal input end is isolated by diaphragm, ensuring anti-interference ability. 4. If using with a PLC, NPN type support is required and a ground wire must be present. 5. If using with an encoder, the encoder needs to continue rotating at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds. 6. The response time of the frequency and voltage conversion module is about 0.3-0.5 seconds. 7. If the signal input is from a turbine flowmeter, etc., an 817 diaphragm and a resistor must be added for proper function. 8. If there is a deviation in the correspondence during use, you can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board for calibration.
