Place the surround evenly on the cone and center it.<br>13. Use your thumb on the top and your index finger inside the frame to squeeze the inside of the surround to make it fit the cone. Repeat this operation several times until it is firmly glued.<br>14. Apply Elmer's wood glue on the outer frame and press the surround.<br>15. Re - glue the washer to the outer surround.<br><br>16.
