Stainless Steel Poultry Frying Rack Set with Lifting Hook for Vertical Deep Frying

The chicken holder is made of food grade aluminum for the rack, chrome plated wire for the handle and lifting hook, and stainless steel for the bolts, nuts, and gaskets. It is durable, rustproof, heat resistant and not easy to deform. The base prevents food juices from flowing into the oven or fire and will not stain your grill. Sturdy construction holds poultry up to 18 pounds with no deformation or warping at high temperatures. Maximum weight supported is 18 Lbs. Installation size is 9.45" x 9.45" x 13.4" (H). This is a great frying accessory for turkey, chicken, duck, and other poultry in a roasting pan, perfect for making the meat come out juicy and crispy. The perforated and elevated poultry rack is designed to create a circular flow of oil during frying, preventing the fryer bottom from burning. Package content includes one vertical rack, one drip tray base, one lifting hook, bolts and nuts, and an English instruction manual. Easy to clean by hand wash or dishwasher.
