100% pure grapefruit essential oilDESCRIPTION: Crisp, refreshing and juicy pure grapefruit essential oil, squeezed from the peel of the fruit, is a warm soothing, brightening and rejuvenating body. and mind, perfect for the skin and soul. COMPOSITION:100% Citrus paradisi oil (grapefruit) HOW TO USE: In a vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix in water.CONTRAINDICATIONS:For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin. Not for children under 5 years of age.
