Integral wheat flour type 150 from Celnat is made as before, ground on a stone wheel. It is the most nutritious of wheat flours because it is the least refined. It contains the germ, the protein base and a large part of the sound. This whole wheat flour includes almost all of the bran and will allow you to make delicious rustic preparations. You can make bread, pancakes, pie dough or pizza ... The type of flour expresses the quantity of minerals (T 150 = 1.50%). The minerals being mainly contained in the bran, the higher the type of flour, the more complete and nutritionally rich the flour.
